Last updated: November 11, 2025
Before visiting www.serverobotics.com (the “Website”), please read and carefully consider the following rules constituting our Terms of Use. These rules were created in the common interest of maintaining a welcoming community for all persons interested in the Website.
Your Acceptance
By using and/or visiting this Website, you agree to and accept (i) these terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use"), and (ii) the privacy notice found at https://www.serverobotics.com/privacy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, or the privacy notice, please do not use the Website. The Website is operated by Serve Robotics Inc. (together with its affiliates, “Serve Robotics”), through various agencies and service providers.
The Website
These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Website, including users who may be contributors of photo/video content, information, and other materials or services on the Website.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Serve Robotics. Serve Robotics has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. In addition, Serve Robotics will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By clicking on links, you expressly relieve Serve Robotics from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party site, or from the content of any third-party site. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the Website, and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each website that you visit.
General Use of the Website: Permissions and Restrictions
Serve Robotics hereby grants you permission to access and use the Website as set forth in these Terms of Use, provided that:
- You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Website.
- You agree not to access Website content through any technology or any unauthorized means other than user interaction expressly invited on the Website itself.
- You agree not to use the Website for any commercial use. Prohibited commercial use includes any of the following actions taken without Serve Robotics’ express approval:
- Sale of access to the Website or its related services on another Website;
- Use of the Website or its related services for the primary purpose of gaining advertising or subscription revenue;
- The sale of advertising, on the Website or any third-party Website, targeted to the content of specific Website content; or
- Any use of the Website or its related services that Serve Robotics finds, in its sole discretion, to use Serve Robotics’ resources with the effect of competing with or displacing the market for the Website’s content or any products or services featured on the Website.
Prohibited commercial uses do not include any use that Serve Robotics expressly authorizes in writing.
You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to the Website servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line Web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Serve Robotics grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not for-profit caches or archives of such materials. Serve Robotics reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Website, nor to use any communication systems provided by the Website (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation purposes.
You will comply with all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Serve Robotics reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time.
Your Use of Content on the Site
In addition to the general restrictions above, the following restrictions and conditions apply specifically to your use of content on the Website.
The content on the Website, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Serve Robotics, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.
You may access Website Content only as permitted under these Terms of Use. Serve Robotics reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website Content.
You agree not to engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content other than as expressly permitted herein.
You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Website or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Website or the Content therein.
Social Media Community Guidelines
Serve works hard to be a good neighbor in every community where our robots operate, and we want our online spaces to reflect that spirit. Our goal is to build a supportive online community where people can ask questions, share perspectives, and feel welcome to join the conversation. To keep our online community a collaborative, respectful environment for everyone, we’ve put a few Social Media Community Guidelines in place:
- Be Respectful: We expect all interactions to be respectful.
- No Profanity or Harmful Language: We may remove comments that include profanity, slurs, or language meant to insult, demean, or provoke others.
- No Threats or Encouragement of Harm: Comments that include threats toward people, robots, or property, or that promote unsafe behavior, will be removed.
- No Harmful Misinformation: We will remove posts that spread false claims, including false allegations that our robots intentionally cause harm.
- Stay On Topic: Keep your comments relevant to the post or discussion so conversations remain helpful and easy for everyone to follow.
- Keep Questions in One Thread: If you have questions about a specific issue, please keep them within a single comment thread.
- Avoid Repetitive Posting: Sharing genuine experiences or concerns is welcome, but posting the same message across multiple posts disrupts the flow of conversation.
- Constructive Feedback Welcome: We value thoughtful feedback about safety, accessibility, and how our robots operate in public spaces.
- Open to Diverse Opinions: Let’s make room for conversation where everyone feels heard.
- Report Inappropriate Content: If you see something unsafe, abusive, harmful, or misleading, please report it to the platform.
- Moderation: We may remove comments that violate these guidelines.
Copyright Infringement Notification
Serve Robotics does not permit copyright infringing activities and will remove all Content if properly notified that such Content infringes on another’s intellectual property rights. Serve Robotics reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice.
To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written communication notice that meets the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. The notification should contain the following information:
