Ali Kashani

Co-founder, CEO

Ali Kashani co-founded Serve in January 2021 and has served as its Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board since then. Prior to co-founding Serve, he served as Vice President of Postmates Inc., an on-demand food delivery platform. Prior to Postmates, Dr. Kashani was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Neurio Technology, Inc., a smart home technology company acquired by Generac Power Systems, Inc. (NYSE: GNRC). Dr. Kashani is an inventor with 15 granted or pending patents. Dr. Kashani received both his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and his Doctorate in Robotics from the University of British Columbia and was awarded Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada’s Alexander Graham Bell Canada Graduate Scholarship. Touraj Parang

President & COO

Touraj Parang has served as Serve’s Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board since March 2021, and was appointed President of Serve in July 2022. Prior to joining Serve, Mr. Parang worked at GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE: GDDY), where he began as Senior Director of Corporate Development and most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to that, Mr. Parang was the founding Chief Operating Officer of UpCounsel Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Enduring Ventures, Inc. in 2020), Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Webs, Inc. (acquired by Vistaprint N.V. in 2011), and co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Jaxtr, Inc. (acquired by Sabse Technologies Inc. in 2009). David Goldberg

David Goldberg has served as a member of Serve’s Board since July 2024. Mr. Goldberg is currently a Vice President at Magna International. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of REE Automotive, Ltd., an electric vehicle developer and manufacturer. Before joining REE Automotive, Mr. Goldberg held various roles at Magna International, in which he drove new partnerships, strategic investments, and due diligence on mobility and technology companies. He previously served as a Managing Director at Greenhill & Co. Mr. Goldberg holds a degree in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Andreas Lieber

Andreas Lieber has served as a member of Serve's Board since June 2026, bringing deep experience scaling technology and logistics businesses across Uber, Postmates, Pinterest, Groupon, Yahoo, and T-Mobile. At Postmates, he served as General Manager and interim CEO, leading the company through its integration with Uber, the period during which Serve was spun out as an independent company. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of Shippo, the logistics and shipping platform, and currently serves as General Manager, Industry & Technology, at California Forever, where he is responsible for building and leading the company's manufacturing and industrial business across one of the country's largest planned development projects.

Lily Sarafan

Lily Sarafan has served as a member of Serve's Board since December 2024. In 2005 Ms. Sarafan co-founded TheKey, one of the largest and most trusted in-home care provider networks, where she served as chief executive through December 2020, and has since served as executive chair. She has been recognized as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year, a Fortune 40 Under 40, Women Health Care Executives' Woman of the Year, and a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. Sarafan currently serves on the boards of Instacart, Thumbtack and Kyo, as well as on the board of trustees of Stanford University. Sarafan holds an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering and a B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University.

Olivier Vincent

Olivier Vincent has served as a member of Serve’s Board since July 2023. He co-founded and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Autozen Technology Ltd., a marketplace start-up in the automobile world, since March 2020. Prior to joining Autozen, Mr. Vincent served as Chief Executive Officer of Spliqs, an AI technology company. He previously served as President of WeatherBug, a weather application. Mr. Vincent has also served on the Board of Wishpond Technologies Ltd., a Canadian public company traded on the TSX (OTCMKTS: WPNDF), since December 2020. Mr. Vincent holds a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Techniques Avancées Paris and a Masters of Business, Entrepreneurship from Hautes Etudes Commerciales Paris.

Brian Read

Brian Read has served as Serve’s Chief Financial Officer since April 2024. Mr. Read previously served as Controller for Apptronik Inc., as Global Controller at REE Automotive Ltd. (NASDAQ: REE), and as Assistant Global Controller at Coherent Corp (NASDAQ: COHR). He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dmitry Demeshchuk

Dmitry Demeshchuk co-founded Serve in January 2021 and has served as Vice President of Software since. Prior to co-founding Serve, he was a Director at Postmates Inc., where he was a founding engineer in the internal innovation unit Postmates X. MJ Chun co-founded Serve in January 2021 and has served as Vice President of Product and Design since. Prior to co-founding Serve, she was a Director at Postmates Inc. Euan Abraham

Chief Hardware & Manufacturing Officer

Euan Abraham has served as Serve's Chief Hardware & Manufacturing Officer since June 2024, after joining Serve in January 2022 as Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering. Prior to joining Serve, Mr. Abraham served as Senior Vice President, Hardware Engineering at Latch, Inc. (NASDAQ: LTCH), leading engineering and design across San Francisco, New York and China. Anthony Armenta

Anthony Armenta has served as Serve's Chief Software and Data Officer since November 2024. Prior to joining Serve, Mr. Armenta was Chief Technology Officer at BrightDrop, now part of the General Motors (NYSE:GM) Chevrolet Brand. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Software Engineering at Postmates Inc., as Vice President of Software Engineering at Anki Robotics, and as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Wyse Technologies, acquired by Dell (NYSE:DELL). Evan Dunn

General Counsel

Evan Dunn has served as Serve’s General Counsel since October 2024. Previously, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TuSimple (OTCMKTS: TSPH), and as Deputy General Counsel at Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT). Prior to that, he gained experience at prominent law firms Perkins Coie, Mintz Levin, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Steve Webb

SVP of Marketing and Communications

Steve leads Marketing and Communications at Serve Robotics, where he is responsible for shaping the company’s brand and positioning it as a category leader in physical AI. Previously, he spent over a decade at Turo as the company’s first marketing and communications hire, helping scale the business from approximately $300K in revenue to over $3B in annual bookings. During his time at Turo, he built the global brand and helped define the peer-to-peer car-sharing category. Earlier in his career, Steve led brand and communications for environmental NGOs, cleantech companies, and startups, and spent four years in Beijing managing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies around the 2008 Olympic Games. Vignesh Ram

VP of Policy

Vignesh Ram has served as Serve’s Vice President of Policy since February 2022. Prior to joining Serve, Mr. Ram served as Director of Government Relations at Match Group Inc. (NASDAQ: MTCH), managing state antitrust efforts. He previously served as Head of Government Relations at Postmates, Inc., focused on privacy, robotics, mobility, and the future of work. Mr. Ram received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Charlie Hite

VP of Program Management

Charlie Hite has served as Serve’s Vice President of Program Management since January 2023, after joining the company as Director of Development Operations in March 2022. Before joining Serve, Mr. Hite was a program management lead at Waymo, an Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) subsidiary, where he worked to advance autonomous long haul trucking.
